Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below we explain what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

What data we process

Contact by email: When you write to us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, company and the content of your message) solely to handle and respond to your enquiry. We deliberately use no contact form; email is the only digital contact channel.

Server log files: When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, referrer URL). This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data.

Cookies and consent

This website uses only technically necessary storage, such as a local entry (local storage) that records your cookie choice. No consent is required for this necessary storage.

We currently use no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and no profiling takes place. Should we introduce optional services in future (e.g. for statistics), they will be activated only after your explicit consent through our cookie notice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.

Processors and hosting

To operate the website we rely on carefully selected providers that process personal data on our behalf and on our instructions:

  • Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA) operates this website's server infrastructure.
  • Email: Our email correspondence is handled by our email and IT service provider.

We have data processing agreements with these providers that ensure confidentiality and appropriate data security.

Transfer abroad

Any processing or disclosure of personal data abroad (e.g. to the USA through our hosting provider) takes place only where an adequate level of protection is ensured, in particular through standard contractual clauses within the meaning of Art. 16 f. revDSG or a level of protection recognised as adequate by the Swiss Federal Council.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law periods), and delete or anonymise it thereafter.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This website is transmitted in encrypted form over HTTPS (TLS).

Your rights

Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we process about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted or destroyed;
  • restrict processing and object to processing;
  • receive or transfer your data in a common format (data portability);
  • withdraw a given consent with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, a message to the controller or the data protection officer is sufficient. For identification purposes, we may request proof of your identity.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern. Where the GDPR applies, you may contact the data protection authority of your country of residence.

No automated decision-making

We do not use automated individual decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.

External content and links

This website embeds no third-party services that set cookies or transmit data to third parties. The typeface (Manrope) is served locally from our server; there are no connections to Google Fonts. We embed no maps, videos or social media plugins. The operators of any external websites we link to are responsible for their content.
